By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

  • Vouchers are valid for a period of six months from date of purchase.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  • Holder of the voucher will be liable for any shortfalls on any new price of treatment on the day of presentation.
  • Bookings can be made at any time subject to availability.

  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers.
  • To avoid disappointment, booking in advanced is recommended.
  • Right of admission reserved. Clients must be older than 16 years of age, unless previous arrangements have been made with spa management. 
  • A 48 hour notice period is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Should rescheduling or cancellation not be made in time, the full treatment will apply and voucher will be redeemed.
  • Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, for consultation/administration purposes.
  • Late arrivals will result in reduction of treatments, whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
  • Kindly ensure your mobile/electronic device is switched off or placed on silent during treatment.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Products purchased are non refundable.
  • Avanzate Medi Spa nor it’s Therapists does not take any responsibility for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur.
  • Laser treatments may vary depending on individual factors, including medical history, skin type, client compliance with pre/post treatment instructions and response to treatments.
  • Laser treatments involves a series of sessions which needs to be continued as a set of intervals as per clinical trials.
  • Withholding information, and/or providing incorrect information may result in contraindication and or irritation to the skin/body from treatments reserved.
  • Treatment reserved here are voluntary and release this institution and/or the technician/aestheticians/skincare professional from liability and assume full responsibility thereof.

By using the Website or communicating with the provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication set an illegal requirement, including but not limited to such commutation should be in writing.

The website sells gift vouchers online, the use of any product or serves bought from this website is at the purchaser risk, the purchaser user indemnifies and hold the provider harmless against any loss ,or damage sustained as a results of using products on line.

The provider cannot be responsible for security breaches  accouring on the user electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website ) which may result to the lack of adequate virus protection soft wear or spyware that the user may invedenrty installed on his or her device
